• Shall comply as a minimum with all applicable compliance obligations, legal and other requirements to which Netcare Europe Ltd is bound

• We shall, wherever practicable, minimise waste and ensure that any waste disposal is through legal, qualified, safe and responsible methods

• We will, wherever practicable, employ the waste hierarchy; Prevention, Reuse, Recycle and as a last resort Dispose

• Will positively develop an ‘awareness’ of the environmental management system, associated issues and the impact we have on the environment
